For the eighth year running, the Halifax Pop Explosion (HPX)
is proud to present an educational music and culture conference. Taking
place at The Atlantica Hotel (1980 Robie Street) on Friday, October 25 and Saturday, October 26, Pop!Talks brings together industry veterans and fresh-faced upstarts for two days of sessions and events. For the first time ever, all HPX wristband and passholders have access to Pop!Talks.
This
year's sessions cover everything from artist management to crowd
sourcing, open businesses to embracing failure, and religion to mental
health. The line-up of topics and speakers includes:
