This Ship will be heading on their third Eastern Canadian Tour in June, this time to release their debut album, “All The Stars & Elements”. Tour Dates are listed below. While on the road, they will be bunking up in Quebec City for a few days to record a 3 song EP, to be released this summer.
May 31st - Plan B - Moncton, NB
Enriched with melodic layers, This Ship’s progressive indie-rock music is as energetic as it is engaging. The band exudes an unforgettable presence, drawing you into their atmospheric tunes through articulate vocal harmonies and colourful guitar work, then breaking it down with tambourines and choral sing-a-longs. Influenced by diverse bands such as The Beatles and Wintersleep, This Ship’s songwriting has lead them to some amazing live performances at Canadian Music Week, East Coast Music Week and on Nova Scotia Music Week’s Late Night Stage. In just over a year, they’ve toured from Halifax to Ontario twice, and will be heading on the road again in June of 2013 to release their first album, “All The Stars & Elements”. While away, this ambitious 4-piece will be recording a 3 song EP in Quebec City, and continuously writing new material for their second full length, set to be released in Winter of 2014.
