KIDSTREET TO RELEASE SINGLE "NEVER COMING BACK"
DEBUT ALBUM FUH YEAH OUT SEPTEMBER 27, 2011
August 16th, 2011 (Vancouver, BC) – Today, Waterloo trio Kidstreet release their fourth single “Never Coming Back” from their upcoming debut album Fuh Yeah, which comes out September 27, 2011. The percussive club banger is accompanied by an exclusive b-side called “Crazy.”

Last week, Kidstreet released a new video for the rambunctious dance single “Birthday Boy.” Directed by Angus McLellan and Kidstreeters Karl and Cliff Snyder, the video was shot from the perspective of a pint glass at a party. “A friend of ours took rein of the glass and had his way with it,” Karl said of the shoot. Watch the video below.
Exclaim!, who exclusive premeired the “Birthday Boy” video, recently said of the band: “Kidstreet’s sound embraces both ‘90s big-beat dance music and indie rock, hearkening back to the electronic-tinged glory days…”
Made up of two brothers and a sister, the gifted young family of Karl Snyder (drums), Cliff (synth + guitar) and younger sister Edna (piano + vocal) are relatively new on the scene, but already turning heads with their unique form of synth-pop and wildly energetic performances alongside Mother Mother, Dragonette, Girltalk, Thunderheist, Health and Rich Aucoin.
Stay tuned for information about Kidstreet, including plans for a Canadian tour.
