Progressive metal band Protest The Hero return to Halifax to celebrate the 10th anniversary of their debut full-length Kezia at the Marquee Ballroom on Saturday, Nov. 28.

Performing Kezia from beginning to end, the band will consist of the original line up, including Rody Walker, Luke Hoskin and Tim Millar, as well as, former drummer Moe Carlson and bassist Arif Mirabdolbaghi.

The band said, "We have been waiting to announce this little gem for a while now! Ever since we put up our "portal" for people to submit their Kezia memories / experiences for our scrap book, we noticed a huge demand for us to do a run of shows where we play this bad boy front to back. So we thought to ourselves... Why the frig not?"

Formed in 1999  in Whitby, Ontario, Protest the Hero has four studio albums to date. Their most recent album Volition took home the 2014 JUNO Award for Metal/Hard Music Album of the Year.

TICKETS GO ON SALE THIS WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 2 AT 10 A.M.
Tickets are $27.99 in advance and $32.99 day of show (including tax and service fee) and will be available online at www.sonicconcerts.com. Additional fees may apply. This show is restricted to ages 19+ with valid ID.
