After reuniting at Toronto's Field Day Music & Arts Festival earlier this summer, Constantines are returning to Halifax for the first time since 2009 to perform at The Marquee Ballroom on Friday, Nov. 14.

Receiving rave reviews of their much anticipated reunion, Constantines went on to perform select festivals over the summer and have lined up a short string of fall club dates.

"...the Cons stomped their way through a stunning set of ground-shaking rock that reverberated from end to end of the festival grounds...Consider this reunion a success." - exclaim

"... the Constantines reunion drew the most excitement by far. The Guelph indie-rockers’ huge sound proved worthy of the gigantic Garrison stage...and they elicited crowd freak-outs for old favs like Shine A Light and Young Offenders." - NOW

On June 10, You've Changed Records and Sub Pop Records released a deluxe 11th anniversary reissue of the Shine A Light LP. Named one of the top 200 records of the 2000s by Pitchfork, the album has been out of print since 2007. The deluxe LP is packaged with a bonus 7” containing three Shine A Light era B-sides.

Tickets for the Halifax show are $29.99 in advance and $34.99 day of show (including tax and service charge) and go on sale this Friday, Sept. 5 at 10 a.m. Tickets will be available at the etixnow kiosk in Bubba Ray's Sports Bar and online at www.sonicconcerts.com.
