Jenny Berkel has released the video for her new single, "Like a Rope." Animated by Karsten Wall, the clip is a dark and anxious look at urban isolation. Berkel's first offering since her highly acclaimed debut, Here on a Wire, the song was produced by Matt Peters (Royal Canoe and The Waking Eyes) and features Winnipeg musicians Julian Bradford, Ivan Burke, Bill Western, and Kristen Berkel.
Berkel
is currently performing dates throughout Ontario, including a residency
at the Cameron House. Details on the shows are listed below.
