NEWS: SONIC CONCERTS presents HOLLERADO in Halifax, Dec. 2

JUNO Award nominated indie-pop band Hollerado is coming to Halifax is support of its latest release Record in a Bag at The Seahorse Tavern on Friday, Dec. 2 at 10 p.m.
 
Their debut, released in 2010, Record in a Bag is a VINYL/CD combo that comes in a resealable baggie that includes bonus tracks and a chance to win ALL-YOU CAN HOLLDERADO, a prize pack of free shows for a year, beer, t-shirts and stickers.  The track list includes the singles “Juliette,” “Americanarama” and “Got to Lose”.  The video for “Americanarama” garnered lots of acclaim with over one million views on YouTube.  They were also nominated for New Group of the Year at the 2011 JUNO Awards.

Hailing from the tiny town of Manotick, Ontario, Hollerado gained recognition for their catchy and energetic guitar pop, boundless creativity and a relentless DIY approach.  They have toured through China and South America and played alongside Jack White's The Dead Weather, Weezer, Fucked Up, The Black Lips, Girl Talk, Andrew W.K., Titus Andronicus, among others.
