NEWS: SONIC CONCERTS PRESENTS SARAH SLEAN AT THE SPATZ THEATRE, MARCH 10


Having recently performed on the prestigious TED Global stage in Edinburgh with the Cairn Quartet, Sarah Slean will perform in support of her critically-acclaimed double disc Land & Sea at The Spatz Theatre in Halifax on Sunday, March 10 at 8 p.m.

With a successful performance with Symphony Nova Scotia and the Niagara Symphony – the best selling show in Jackson Triggs’ concert series history – under her belt, Slean’s Sea Tour consists of 21 Canadian cities.  Described as 
“one of the most compelling acts Canada has to offer” by TIME Magazine, Slean will be accompanied by a string quartet, Karen Kosowski on back up vocals and Mark Mariash on drums/orchestral percussion.  The group will also be bringing on board symphony performers from each city along the way to join them on stage– with a number of shows featuring up to a 12-piece section.
